By accessing and using the CodeSphere IT Store website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Description of Service
CodeSphere IT Store is an online marketplace that aggregates products from various independent sub-merchants. CodeSphere IT Store facilitates the transaction, but the products are sold and shipped by the individual Sub-Merchants.

User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Orders and Transactions
- Pricing: All prices are listed by the Sub-Merchants. CodeSphere IT Store simply displays them. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy the product. The contract for sale is formally between you and the specific Sub-Merchant (e.g., a rental agreement with AutoShift Rentals or a product sale with FrostAir Cooling), not with CodeSphere IT Store. We act as a commercial agent to conclude the transaction on their behalf.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. A Sub-Merchant may cancel an order if an item is unavailable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CodeSphere IT Store or its Sub-Merchants and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
CodeSphere IT Store shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service or products purchased from Sub-Merchants. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order in question.
